The guitar's signature feature is a thick (3/16 inch) book-matched figured maple, that is heat-formed and bent over the edge of the body, creating a smooth, comfortable forearm contour without hard edges. This design also enhances the instrument's sonic character with a full, rich sound.
The top is paired with a tonewood body back made from alder
The neck is hard rock maple with a rosewood fingerboard and features a comfortable "Even Taper" neck profile.
Tom Anderson's guitars are known for their meticulous fretwork using heavy stainless steel frets, and the proprietary Buzz Feiten tuning system for improved intonation.
